The International ribraid was started over 10 years ago to promote safe and responsible cruising in Rigid Inflatable boats from Northern Ireland. RIBs are the biggest growing motorsport in the world and our organisation gets boat enthusiasts together from around the UK to cruise in the company of other craft.

This means that Ribraid is a great way to introduce families to the sport of Ribbing, allowing people to safely take on new routes and challenges that they would have never dreamt of before.

The event is open to all Rigid Inflatable Boats, size isn’t an issue, we have everything from 4m ospreys right up to 13m redbay boats taking part in every event. The ribraid committee includes RYA instructors and our safety officers ensure that the event takes place safely for all involved.
